Clear, hydrated glowing skin is always the goal, isn't it?

Let's talk about the basic skincare routine and what it looks like. This shouldn't be overly complicated and be done both in the morning and evening.
Your starting point is a great cleanser that you can use morning and night. I spoke about this in my last blog post. This is the first step, and the most important. If you are applying skincare to dirty skin it isn't going to be effective. (Read more about cleansing here)
Straight onto clean skin goes your serum. Choose a serum that targets your main concerns. That could be hydration, pigmentation, age prevention or blemishes. Serums are created with more active ingredients and can work deep within the skin to promote change.
Next up is eye cream. The skin around the eyes is 5 times thinner than the skin on the rest of your face so it needs some extra TLC.
Fourth and final is your moisturiser. During the day this should include a minimum of an SPF 30 all year round. Sun damage is the biggest threat to our skin, so protect it now and prevent premature ageing and pigmentation in the future.
Which Lira Serum is Right for you?
The PRO Firming serum minimises fine lines and wrinkles and brightens and tightens the skin.
If you are concerned about pigmentation use the PRO Lite Serum. This serum will work to correct photo-damaged skin, reduce the appearance of pigmentation and dark spots and brighten the completion.
For dry, sensitive and dehydrated skin choose the BIO Hydra C Serum. This serum will repair damaged skin, hydrate and brighten whilst protecting against further environmental damage. This serum is perfect for all-round moisture balance and for all skin types. A great hero product and a great place to start if you are unsure.
